Trademark policy

VirtualWebPhone is an independent phone-number service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any of the third-party services, brands, or trademarks that may be referenced on our site.

Where third-party trademarks appear in our content, they are used solely for descriptive purposes under the doctrine of nominative fair use. This use is limited to identifying compatibility between our phone-number service and the third-party service in question. Nominative fair use is a well-established legal doctrine in United States trademark law (see New Kids on the Block v.
